Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective Date: September 24, 2026

At JumpEd Learning, we want students and parents to feel confident when enrolling in our programs. This policy explains how class cancellations, rescheduling, subscriptions, and refunds work.

01

Cancellation Before Classes Begin

If you enroll in a JumpEd Learning program and decide not to continue before your first class, you may cancel your enrollment and receive a refund of the amount paid, less a $50 administrative fee.

The $50 administrative fee covers enrollment processing, payment processing, account setup, scheduling, and other administrative costs associated with establishing the student's enrollment.

02

7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee for new students.

If, within 7 calendar days of enrollment, you decide that JumpEd Learning is not the right fit for your student, you may request cancellation and receive a refund for the unused classes, less a $50 administrative fee.

Classes that have already been completed will be deducted from the refundable amount.

If the student has not attended any classes, the refund will generally be:

Refund = Amount Paid - $50 Administrative Fee

This guarantee applies to a student's first enrollment in a particular program and is not intended for repeated enrollment and cancellation.

03

Refunds After the 7-Day Period

After the 7-day satisfaction period, eligible students may request cancellation of their program.

For prepaid programs, JumpEd Learning will calculate the refund based on the number of unused classes remaining.

The refund will generally be calculated as:

Refund = Amount Paid - Value of Classes Used - $50 Administrative Fee

The value of completed classes will be based on the applicable standard per-class rate for the enrolled program. If the remaining refundable balance is less than the $50 administrative fee, no additional refund will be due.

04

Monthly Subscription Plans

Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time to prevent future automatic payments.

Cancellation of a subscription stops future billing but does not automatically refund a payment that has already been processed.

If a parent requests a refund for a recently processed payment and no classes from that billing period have been used, JumpEd Learning may provide a refund of the unused amount less a $50 administrative fee, subject to review.

Once a class from a billing period has been used, any refund for that billing period will be handled according to the unused-class refund provisions above.

05

6-Month and 12-Month Plans

Students enrolled in discounted 6-month or 12-month plans receive the benefit of a lower committed-term price.

If a parent requests cancellation after classes have started, JumpEd Learning may calculate the refund based on:

  • Classes already completed;
  • The standard non-discounted rate applicable to those completed classes; and
  • A $50 administrative fee.

Any remaining eligible balance will be returned to the original payment method.

06

Class Cancellation and Rescheduling by Students

Students may cancel or reschedule a scheduled class at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

When a class is canceled within the required notice period:

  • The class will not be considered used.
  • The student may reschedule the class, subject to instructor availability; or
  • The class may be returned as a class credit.

For recurring classes, canceling an individual class does not automatically cancel the student's overall enrollment or subscription.

07

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class generally count as a used class.

This policy exists because instructors reserve the scheduled time specifically for the student.

JumpEd Learning may make exceptions for genuine emergencies or unusual circumstances at its discretion.

08

Student No-Shows

If a student does not attend a scheduled class without providing the required cancellation notice, the class will generally be considered completed and non-refundable.

If the student joins more than 10 minutes after the scheduled start time, the instructor may treat the session as a no-show if the instructor is no longer able to conduct the full lesson.

Parents are encouraged to contact JumpEd Learning as soon as possible if an unexpected emergency prevents attendance.

09

Instructor Cancellation

If a JumpEd Learning instructor cancels a class, JumpEd Learning will provide the student with one of the following options:

  1. 1.Reschedule the class at a mutually convenient time;
  2. 2.Receive a class credit for the missed class; or
  3. 3.Request a refund for that class.

Students will not lose a paid class because of a cancellation caused by JumpEd Learning or its instructor. If JumpEd Learning is unable to provide the remaining classes in an enrolled program, the unused portion of the program will be eligible for a prorated refund. The $50 administrative fee will not apply when JumpEd Learning is unable to provide the contracted services.

10

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.

JumpEd Learning will initiate approved refunds within 7 business days after the refund has been approved.

The time required for the refund to appear in the customer's account may depend on the customer's bank, credit-card company, or payment provider.

JumpEd Learning cannot control processing times imposed by financial institutions.
